The Call of Duty franchise has been a powerhouse within the industry for a long time, a premier cash cow if you will. It only makes sense to keep continuing the franchise at all costs. While at some points in time the experience of this powerhouse has dwindled, the heart of it has always been strong, and will remain that way for a very long time. Infinity Ward has brought to us the newest i... more.

One thing has always been certain when it came to the Xbox Kinect and that is games which require vast amounts of movement are hit and miss. However, games that require you to get up, and dance it out to your favorite songs of today are some of the best to play. This is no different with Ubisoft’s Just Dance 2014. Having owned, and played most of the Just Dance franchise, I have seen it ... more.

Dragons Dogma was released some time ago and was widely regarded as a fantastic new IP from Capcom.  Dragons Dogma was one of our favorite games of the generation and received great praise for the entirety of its features except for the story which was lacking any real connection with the player. While Dark Arisen, the expansion to Dragons Dogma, does not really fix the issues the game has ... more.

There has always been one game that the video game industry can count on to raise the bar of controversy: Grand Theft Auto. Not that Grand Theft Auto V has created much controversy it did have its normal GTA scenes of questionable content. Never-the-less Grand Theft Auto V has sold a serious amount of copies since launch day, and it continues to do very well. There is a reason though: it was the G... more.

Cove As of the moment of this writing, Cove is my least favorite so far out the entire Vengeance DLC. That does not mean the map is poorly designed though, as it has something to offer every type of Call of Duty player; you have the choke points, sniping spots, close quarters and it is a breeding ground for camping assault players. I have logged quite a few hours into the map already, and h... more.

Skylander Giants is a great game, If you don’t believe me then ask my 6 year old son; he was mostly excited about the toy figures and the portal that lights up when you put the figures on top. The Mystical portal of power is a gateway between our world and the world of the Skylanders.   Skylanders: Giants is the sequel to Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure, and is available on Xbox 36... more.

Capcom took a risk with their new IP Dragons Dogma and it turns out that risk was worth it.   Dragons Dogma takes inspiration from many different genres and combines them to make one of the best open world rpgs released in 2012. With its main competitors being Skyrim and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, Dragons Dogma had to shine enough to distinguish itself from the crowd. It did that an... more.

November of 2012 has been such an epic month for games and for one in particular is Call of Duty: Black Ops II; the distant sequel to the Vietnam era Black Ops. There are a few things that pleased us about Black Ops II but some things kind of made us think “what the…?” Multiplayer Firstly multiplayer in Black Ops II is something that is special; in that it in a stage of its own.
